The result of National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) 2019 has been announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The examination, which is been conducted for admitting candidates to Medical courses, made a total of 7,97,042 students eligible for applying to Medical courses this year. Out of a total number of 14,10,755 students appeared for NEET this year, Nalin Khandewal from Rajasthan topped the examinations by scoring 701 marks out of 720 marks.
By scoring 695 marks, Madhuri Reddy from Talangana topped the list of girls, who qualified NEET this year. Conducted on May 5th this year, NEET however conducted retest for those students, who haven’t managed to appear for the tests due the various reasons. While students from Odisha haven’t managed to appear for the test due to cyclone Fani, a group of students in Karnataka didn’t manage to attempt the examination due to the reason of trains being delayed.
