1. Blend

-1 lemon
-1cucumber
-1/2 grated ginger
-1 tbs of aloe vera juice
-a bunch of parsley
-half glass of water
Blend them and drink before bedtime.

2. Blend
-8 glasses of water
-1 tbs grated ginger root
-1 fresh cucumber peeled and cut into thin slices
– 2 small cut lemon pieces
-12 mint leaves
